10 things to do in may to make you feel better

new month, new start? or something like that.

life happens so fast that we forget to live in the present. these past couple months I have been trying to prioritize things in my life & this is the best way to do it.

change your mindset & refocus your life

1. Write down your monthly goals so that you can see them everyday. List three items in different categories that you know you can achieve this month. These could be personal, financial, academic, health, fitness, etc

2. Plant your favorite flowers

3. Go to your favorite restaurant with your favorite people & order your favorite drink

4. Spring clean your space, nothing feels better than relaxing & knowing everything has its place

5. Reflect on April, what happened in that month that made you smile or made your day that you want to always remeber?

6. Deep clean your car

7. Plan out your dream vacation. If not, when?

8. Meditate & clean your mind.

9. Take on a challenge. Wake up at 530am? Go on a daily walk? Make dinner every night? Whatever you feel like will make your days better, do it!

10. Last but not least, enjoy your days. enjoy everything around you. Love yourself.
