5 things i do everyday
Listen to my favorite music to start my day
playing loud music while you’re getting ready for you day can change it all. nothing wakes me up more than jamming out and screaming the lyrics to a song that makes me happy.
Skincare
my skin is either dry or combination. before bed, washing my face & putting on my face products is my favorite part of my night routine. a hydrated face before bed is 10/10
Hydrate
there’s seriously nothing worse than being parched. do I love drinking water? no. would I rather have a dr.pepper? duh! But hydrating is something my body and mind need. I have been putting my health first and changing my habits and this is definitely the number one thing I have done, was drinking more water.
Me time
morgan and I will always prioritize having our own “me time.” Living with someone, especially in a small space with not many rooms, makes it kind of hard. I will always find time every day for myself. It could either be: taking a longer way home to relax, taking a longer shower, taking a bath, watching tv alone, going to the gym, etc. ALWAYS make sure you are doing something for yourself everyday.
Tidy up
I can’t go to bed or function at night without having picked up or completely cleaned my house. Yeah, this may be an OCD thing, but it makes my nights and the next mornings so much easier and less hectic.
